As the founding engineer of NjokaLab, my core focus is on model efficiency. I specialize in Applied Machine Learning, working specifically with equivariant neural networks, computer vision, and NLP architectures.

My mission at NjokaLab is to make AI models lighter, faster, and greener—without sacrificing accuracy. By implementing techniques like pruning, quantization, distillation, and data‑efficient training, I ensure that our systems can run seamlessly in resource-constrained environments across Central Africa.

I bring deep technical expertise from my research at Carnegie Mellon University and my experience building full-stack AI solutions. I'm dedicated to building robust pipelines that capture the nuance of African languages and digitizing native intelligence for the next frontier.
